SALTKRAKAN AB cooperates with a number of product manufactu-rers who have licences to use Astrid Lindgren's works in the form of content, name and pictures on their products and in their marketing of these products. It is an integral part of our long-term strategy to maintain interest in Astrid Lindgren's works.


GUIDELINES FOR LICENCED PRODUCTS


Products based on Astrid Lindgren's works shall be of good quality with regard to the choice of materials as well as the method of production. They shall be sold at a reasonable price level so that families should be able to afford them. The products shall make children happy and preferably encourage them to play.




APPROVAL


Anyone who is interested in a product licence must have a written agreement with Saltkrakan AB. All products must be approved by Saltkrakan AB. For licensing of products outside of Sweden, Saltkrakan AB is represented by Pluslicens AB.




COPYRIGHT MARKING

All products shall have a copyright marking containing the name of the author and the illustrator.




MARKETING


The right to manufacture and sell products under licence does not give the right to use the licensed product to market or sell anything except the actual product.
